Characteristic of Futura Font

My first impression of Futura typeface is that it has a clean and professional look. Its even and somewhat symmetrical shape are pleasing to the eye. Hence I take a chance to learn more about its characteristic by looking for online studies on this typeface.

I chance upon an analysis done by a graphic design student in Behance, Aliaa El Kayoubi from the United States. He analysed every single letters and numbers found in the Futura family and I have to say that I may have overlooked some of the details as it open up my eyes and gives me more insight on the anatomy of the typeface.

These are some interesting facts with regards to the characteristic of FUTURA.
